- At Ring Side Fitness Center you will find a warm and caring staff completely centered on helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. We tailor our programs to constantly challenge you and change to prevent burn out. Our goal is to offer supreme support to every person that walks through our door. You are special to us!
Can never find the time?
- We have several options that take merely a few hours a week. Check out our boxing fitness class. This 1 hour class offers you a complete body resistance workout with cardiovascular moves to keep you moving. Check this class out 2-3 times per week and consider it done!
- At Ring Side Fitness Center you will find an ever changing workout to keep your focus. You can choose from boxing fitness classes, TRX strength training or visit with our partner GMT Mui Thai to get a little more serious about your MMA techniques.
